The event showcased a 110sq.m display of lanterns, created with the help of artisans from Hoi An City and Wernigerode. The winner of the Miss Ocean Vietnam pageant, Uyen, was crowned “OCEAN HARMONY” and received valuable prizes. She also won the Miss Bikini sub-contest.
